We streamline the entire wedding planning process for couples who want a beautiful and fun wedding, without having to spend all their free time planning it.

+ What services do you provide?

We offer highly customized planning tools and ongoing support leading up to your wedding. Our tools include straightforward to-do lists, personalized budget, selected vendor list, contract advice, a seating chart and floor plan for your venue and a detailed timeline for the wedding weekend.

We get started with a comprehensive call during which we can get to know you and your preferences and priorities for your wedding. We have two check in call throughout your planning process and one final comprehensive review two weeks before the wedding. We attend and direct your rehearsal and are the first one to arrive and the last to leave on your wedding day.

+ Do I need planning support and a wedding day coordinator?

Maybe, maybe not. But we do know the last thing you need while planning a wedding is someone up-selling you on something you may not need, so we will be straight with you. If you have secretly been planning your wedding for the last several months or years before you were officially engaged (we won't tell) or have attended enough Seattle weddings to know exactly what you want and who to hire, you may be totally fine without us. If your best friend and mom are more comfortable with to-do lists and schedules in their hands and will love being in charge on the big day, you also may be all set. But for most people, if they have a general idea of the style and feel of their wedding they are not sure of the exact steps to execute that plan. Or they have hyper-organized friends and family but want them to have fun at the wedding instead of managing the timeline and checking in on vendors. That's where we come in. We can help you make real progress on wedding planning right away instead of spinning your wheels for a few weeks or months and make sure you (and your family and friends) get to actually enjoy the wedding.

+ How much does it cost?

$1,500. There are no additional fees. Ever. That means no travel or credit card processing fees, tax or tip - we are supposed to wow you, there shouldn't be a bonus for that.

+ When are you available?

See our availability here. We are currently reserving dates for couples through early 2018. If you have already booked your wedding date and do not see availability on our calendar, contact us and we will see what we can do.

+ Where are you available?

Currently, Seattle, Washington; we serve weddings within 50 miles of downtown. We are expanding, however, so please check back for where we will be available next.

+ How do I book?

You can book here. If your wedding date is available, go ahead and walk through the booking instructions on that page. If you have not yet set a date, contact us and we can discuss availability for your expected timing.

+ When should I book?

Book anytime. Everly accepts bookings up to one week prior to the wedding. But remember, the earlier we connect, the more Everly will be able to support you during planning.

+ How are you different from a wedding planner?

A full-service wedding planner usually does most of the work for you. They will source and book everything on your behalf. We take a different approach and give you the tools you need to make these decisions on your own then make sure every single one is executed flawlessly. While more comprehensive, wedding planners are much more expensive.

+ What is a wedding day coordinator?

A wedding day coordinator handles all the details on the big day. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave. We check on the vendors while you are getting ready and taking photos; we manage the timeline so you never need to look at your watch and wonder when toasts should start; we ensure all vendors are paid and mementos are packed away at the end of the night so your wedding ends with a big farewell not you packing up your decorations. We are on call for anything and everything so you can relax and enjoy yourselves.

+ Who will my coordinator be?

All our coordinators are wedding ninjas who can stay calm and tackle any problem. They have managed everything from last minute weather-induced venue changes to chasing a mother-in-law out of the honeymoon suite (seriously, that happened once). Meet them here.

You will be matched with your coordinator two months before the wedding. Your coorinator will be totally up to speed on the details of your wedding and will have a review call with you a few weeks before the big day.

+ What if I have questions before booking?

We would love to chat with you and get to know you a little better. Feel free to contact us anytime and we will follow up over email to set up a good time to talk.

+ How soon can I get started after booking?

We will contact you within 24 hours of booking to set up a time to talk over Skype or phone. We will schedule a time that is convenient for you. Our initial meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other and go over any ideas or questions you have at this point in the planning process. These meetings typically last between 60 and 90 minutes.

+ What if I need to cancel after booking?

Cancel anytime up to three days prior to the wedding without any cost to you. We are here to make your life easier so if you decide you no longer need our help, we understand. Plus, if you are in that good of shape leading up to the big day, we are pretty impressed!
